The Woodlands Country Club Member Referral Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS ON June 25, 2009 AND ENDS ON August 31, 2009. OPEN TO MEMBERS OF THE WOODLANDS COUNTRY CLUB WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

ELIGIBILITY:To enter The Woodlands Country Club Member Referral Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be a permanent, legal resident of the State of Texas, a member in good standing of The Woodlands Country Club, and be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 1, 2008. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sequoia Golf Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, or any other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) and the immediate family members of such individuals (parent, child, sibling, spouse or life partner of any of the foregoing, including step-parent, step-child or step-sibling) and household members of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes will be governed by Texas law. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
