What happens when I refer someone?
When you submit the name and contact information of a prospective member, the membership director will contact him/her on your behalf. Should your referral join the club as a golf member, you (the referring member) will receive the following:
- 9 months free dues if they join as a Full Golf Member
- 6 months free dues if they join as a Senior Golf Member
- 6 months free dues if they join as a Young Adult Member
- 3 months free dues if they join as a Sports Member
*Free dues are awarded at the level at which the new member joins.
What is the deadline for my referral(s) to join in order to receive free dues?
In order for you to be eligible for free dues, your referral must join by August 31, 2009.
If someone I refer is also referred by another member, which referring member receives the free dues?
The member whose name appears on the new member’s application will be considered the referring member and will receive the free dues. If you refer someone for membership, please make certain that they enter your name and member number on the top portion of their membership application as the referring member.
Can I submit multiple referrals?
Absolutely! The more referrals you submit and the more people who join as a result of your referral, the more free dues you will qualify for based on at what level your referral joins.
